I don't see why this place is not waaay more busy. Tobstart- yes, the food was excellent. Portions- very good as well. Price point- are you kidding me ? You can actually feed your family without going broke. Says a lot about the heart of the management. Also, just as important as the food, and price point, the service was as it should be. Melissa was an amazing server and host. We really appreciate when people and places like this go out of their way to make dining out a great experience. Thank you again to them. More people come! Noah's is the best, I eat there at least two times a week on my way to Fresno from where I live. Service is very good, I never wait more than 10 minutes for my food from the time I order unless it's really busy. Me my girl and my daughter love it. Noah's has a variety of great Vietnamese food but our favorite is, of course the Pho, but before that...appetizers with spring rolls fasho. BAF (bomb as f#*!)

I had a sandwich 3 days in a row last week, the pork and the chicken sandwich are highly recommended and the customer service always amazing, the girl in the front always welcoming absolutely love it

The food is awesome and tasty, service is on point, and the decor feels very warm. I had the curry ramen and it is easily one of my favorite dishes. I also recommend the combination pho. Noah is also a very friendly person. I would recommend Noah's when going out with a group of friends.

We finally tired this spot in Merced ca and it was fire . Dan the man our server was really nice and hooked us up . We had the beef pho , sandwich and the garlic noodles . All really good
